  • Rules Being Proposed, Changed or Repealed

    • R590-153, Unfair Inducements and Marketing Practices in Obtaining Title Insurance.
          
      Additional changes have been made to this rule and a second comment period scheduled to receive comments regarding them.  The comment period ends 9-2-08.  A hearing will be held 8-11-08, 9am in the Olmsted Room of the East Building behind the Capitol, Salt Lake City, UT 84114.

      The comment period ends 7-31-08.  No hearing has been scheduled.

      The comment period ends 7-23-08. A hearing has been scheduled for 7-16-08 at 10am in the Capitol Board Room at the east end of the Capitol's 2nd Floor, 400 North State Street, Salt Lake City, UT.
    • R590-196, Bail bond Surety Fee Standards, Collateral Standards and Disclosure Form.
          
      The comment period ends 7-23-08. A hearing has been scheduled for 7-16-08 at 11am in the Capitol Board Room at the east end of the Capitol's 2nd Floor, 400 North State Street, Salt Lake City, UT.
    • R590-245, Self-Service Storage Insurance.
          
      A second comment period has been scheduled to review additional changes that are being made to the rule as a part of the previous comment period and hearing.  The comment period will end 8-14-08.
    • R590-131, Accident and Health Coordination of Benefits
           A third comment period has been scheduled and will end 7-31-08.  A hearing has been scheduled for 7-21-08 at 10am in Room 4112 of the State Office Building, behind the Capitol in Salt Lake City, Utah 84114.
