     The web address for the Online Company Licensing Renewal application is https://secure.e-utah.org/ips/uidrenewal. The "HTTPS" at the beginning of the web address indicates that this application has a secure connection.

     HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is the HTTP protocol layered over the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to allow secure data transfer using encrypted data streams. Internet Explorer (IE), Netscape and Mozilla internet browsers present a locked padlock icon in the lower right-hand corner (status bar) of the browser window.  This locked padlock indicates the browser has a secure connection.
